Since my days at summer camp, I have felt a kinship with the Earth, and I try to never take it for granted. I teach my children to respect the world and its natural resources. It's staggering to think that the U.S. uses nearly a million dollars worth of energy every minute, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Even though we comprise less than 5% of the world's population, we consume about 25% of the world's energy resources.

As a parent, a business person and a custom home builder, I have seen so many opportunities to make greener choices. That's why the concept for Green It! makes sense for me, for you, and for our environment.
